Whiny lovers on Facebook

29 Mar

I’m sure everyone on Facebook would have their fair shares of people who annoy them (directly or indirectly).

For me, its people who just love to publish their personal life. I just find it so childish. Worse is when these tards publish names along with it.

Like….

“I should have died when my hamster died last month. You are hurting me too much by your actions.  We’re just not fated to be together, *Insert name here*

*

“I don’t know why *Insert Name Here* always hurts me… He doesn’t show me love, care and concern anymore….I got food poisoning and my tummy hurts like hell…. And hes not beside me to rub ointment on my tummy… I hate him.”

And then we have those subtle ones.

“You claim that I am *blah blah blah*. You should have seen be years back. You should be lucky to have me as your boyfriend.” –> Now, this was really indirect. I mean THANK GOD you didn’t include your girlfriend’s name. Cos we REALLY HAD NO IDEA that this was directed to your girlfriend.

What about those step gangsters?

“Screw you *toot*. To think I wasted f*ck*ng 856 million minutes with you in my life! You son of a *toot*. Real disgusting *toot* I’ll break that face of yours!”

And then after they make up….

“I love you my darling Baby. I’m already missing you so much. I’m sorry for what I’ve done..”

oh.my.god.

What about those attention seekers?

Those who apparently just had a tiff with their partners. And they try to make their ex boyfriends/ girlfriends jealous by saying….

“I’m looking for a sexy Indian girl who long legs and blonde hair with purple contact lens. Intro me if you find such a girl ok!”

And then a string of comments follows by their partner dissing girls with blonde hair.

Two words for you.

Gurushetram – 24 Hours of Anger

18 Mar

I was watching TV last evening when I caught an interview with the Cast of Singapore’s local movie “Gurushetram.”

Gurushetram – 24 Hours of Anger is jointly produced by Singapore Film Commission and Blue River Pictures, a Singaporean Production Company. The film is directed by TT Dhavamanni.

This is the FIRST time a Tamil movie is made in Singapore. I think this is a remarkable growth in our media industry and I’m honestly very proud of everyone involved! I’m sure it isn’t easy to make a movie in Singapore as the first time to anything in Singapore isn’t easy…

I’m very sure that this movie wouldn’t fail to meet our expectations.

I humbly ask everyone to give your support to this local movie. Please watch it the theatre and show your support to this team! They sure deserve it after all the hard work and efforts put it. I’m sure we all will love more local movies, and for them to believe in it, we have to support them.

Paramahamsa Nithyananda Scandal

12 Mar

Credits to Mahesh aka -Mso Mahesh Chingaling- (I find this picture and the captions really funny!)

To me, I haven’t gotten sensitive over this issue la. It could relate to the fact that I’ve seen a few Gurus’ who are married. So I don’t see a big deal over this issue. He could be involved in a relationship with that lady. So I guess everyone’s entitled to their own privacy when it comes to their personal life.

BUT, it was a little disturbing to see that man doing those deeds wearing that Orange attire. That looked a lil sick. I mean, it just looks very contradicting la. (People who viewed that clip should know what I mean.)

And I find it quite unfair to Ranjita that people are talking negatively about her morals. I mean, come on. She wasn’t going after a married man or something. Yes, it’s weird that she was having an intimate relationship with someone who was respected by many people but how is that even her fault? It takes two hands to clap, doesn’t it?

I wasn’t his “devotee” before so this issue hasn’t messed with my respect for him. (In fact I didn’t even know he existed before this scandal.) :P But, if I was one, I wouldn’t lose respect for him just ‘cos of this issue. Come on people, he’s HUMAN too!

Thank you Tiger Woods. Next up, presenting our very own Jack Neo.

12 Mar

Every Singaporean would probably already know about the affair of Jack Neo with 10 other women. (Like seriously dood, 10 women?)

When men find it hard to cope with one woman already, how did this guy do it!

Jokes aside, I feel really bad about this whole issue. Nah, I don’t give a damn about Jack Neo or his reputation, but I felt bad when his wife was had to face the public during the press conference. Seeing her break down wasn’t a very nice sight. He better be very ashamed of the whole situation and appreciate his wife for forgiving him for whatever he’s done to her.

Moving on, Men are known to lose interest in their wives and marriage after a while. So affairs are pretty much a common sight these days. The same thing happened to Jack Neo. Just that, he used his fame to his advantage and lured MANY girls. I’m not going to call them victims since they played a part in this whole saga. (Yes, they did have a choice.)

He tried to hit on many models, some whom he got rejected by. And he had a 2 year relationship with a 22 year old cross-eyed “beauty”, Wendy Chong.

Wendy Chong - The lover

This woman nicely entered the family and created problems. And now she’s pretending to be goody-two shoes apologizing for whatever she’s done and all. WHAT DA DEI?!

Anyone who hasn’t been updated about this issue, check out The Straits Times.

As it is, this issue has conquered the whole of “Most Popular” stories in The Straits Times already.

Girl, 9, outwits kidnapper

3 Mar

Source: The Straits Times

KUALA LUMPUR – A NINE-YEAR-OLD girl managed to fend off a kidnap attempt by being smart enough to trick the ‘kind stranger’ who offered to take her to her mother.

School was done for the day and Pang Soo Sin was inside the school compound at 4pm on Feb 8 waiting for the bus. Soon, a woman approached and said she was sent by her mother to pick her up.

The girl was reluctant to follow her. She tried to stall for time by asking if the woman knew her mother’s name. When the woman became hesitant, Soo Sin realised that something was wrong and quickly thought of a way to trick her.

Soo Sin told the woman she wanted to call her mother and asked for 50 sen (S$0.21). While the woman rummaged through her purse, Soo Sin ran to the school bus which had arrived at that time.

‘My teacher always reminded us not to follow strangers. We are also taught to ask the stranger for our parents’ names. If the stranger does not know, something is wrong,’ said Soo Sin at a press conference at the MCA Public Services and Complaints Bureau.

Soo Sin added that she was terrified throughout the ordeal. Her mother, Moh Swee Koon, 53, said she was grateful Soo Sin had been clever enough not to fall prey to the ploy. Moh lodged a police report two days after the incident. — THE STAR/ANN

Soo Sin: Clever girl!
