I guess this has been a topic going on for a while now among the Indian community at recent but I can’t help but wonder why are people taking everything so personally.
Dancers
They have been doing a good job so far and I am nobody to comment on their performances or whatsoever but if these are the people who are flooding the tagboards of the official Dhool Blog by insulting other groups, I find that they all really, really need to grow up.
Audience
What’s up with insults of hosts and judges? They may not be perfect but atleast pin-point their flaws to them in a nice way instead of hurling vulgarities at them. Try to place yourself in their shoes and see how does it feel like to be slandered online, especially if you’re a female.
I tried to get a few tag logs on how host Udaya had been affronted but it seems like the blog author has removed them. But I saw atleast 15 comments about Uthaya on how ‘annoying she was’ and some other very adverse comments which I shall not mention here.
If you have something personal against them, showing your anger behind a computer screen with anonymous names is revealing nothing, but your foolishness.
Producers
Firstly, work on updating your blog regularly, if not it defeats the whole purpose. When I say update, I don’t mean just refurbishing us who’s in and who’s out. Obviously, we can view for ourselves during the show. It would be more useful if they could also answer the practical questions in the tagboard and include other parts of the show which is not highlighted on TV.
Secondly, people are questioning on why the votes are not shown on TV. Makes enough sense for me. We’re paying so much of money to vote for people to ensure that our friend/family/favourite group doesn’t get kicked out due to lesser votes. All we hear is Vadi & Uthaya saying the votes are enough, so people should act fast. Sadly, this seems like a way for the programme to earn cash through all the votes. We don’t know the results anyway.
