It seems like the year just began, but now we are already moving towards the end of the year. My mum has already gotten the materials for our Deepavali Traditional Wear.
On Saturday, my sister, mum and I went to get our measurements taken from a tailor, who just lives a few blocks away from ours. I met this cute-ling over there. She happens to be the grand-daughter of the tailor and she was just so adorable.
She wasn’t disobedient like most toddlers. She was just sitting down and keeping to herself while observing us as we were talking to the tailor. The best part, she flipped the pages of the magazines next to her so gently without ripping the pages apart. She’s very well behaved for a two year old.
After that, I met Ragu and we caught ‘Death Race’ The movie was good. I actually wasn’t really into the movie at first, as racing didn’t interest me. But surprisingly, I was quite alert the whole time. Maybe because this race had blood and gore in it. Lol.
On Sunday, I was slacking the day away and went for my family’s yearly ‘Ubayam’ in the evening. It was held at the Toa Payoh temple. Ragu was leaving for camp so I managed to see him for a while before that.
Managed to take many pictures with my family, but as usual Ms. Lavany Devi, the photographer will take months to upload them in her blog. I will add the pics in this entry once I receive them.
SHE UPDATED HER BLOG! LIKE FINALLY! – updated as at 4th September 2008
I’m so sleep deprived; I might hit the sack the moment I reach home tonight. Sleepless nights are a killer. Good thing is, I can finally put aside some thoughts in my mind which hopefully could provide me a hearty sleep today.
